To make you clear, I will give you a preview and a feature that was added for the patch.
for example, Pelita Jaya and Liverpool have a tiny gap between one team's ability to another. TMI first, I found a bunch of patches that include the Indonesian first-tier league (Indonesia Super League) on PS2, but they only renamed it from existing players so it's weird when you compare. The only player stats that have been changed (mainly lowered) are the ones of Japan.

In this update it includes updated National Team strips and some updated Squad Data. Back at the time, Gururupa was a legend for me because they provide us an Indonesian football league and the national football team realistically with the faces and overall rating. Version 1.07 or the June Update was an official free online update to PES 2010 which was provided by Konami. I rarely meet something so detail in terms of player stats and ability, especially local players. It was made for the local PES community to provide what's best beside PESEdit, I'm pretty sure that every household that had PES2010 in their own computer or laptop will have this patch and PESEdit installed at the same time.
